How do you change the font size and face of a compressed html (.chm) file in Winblowz?

Create a css file and link it to ie:

Click Tools ==>> Internet Options ==>> Accessibility ==>> Format Documents using my style sheet

then browse to your sheet, restart ie and/or your chm file, and that's it!

Here's an example (I'm still tweaking mine):

/* Html Elements */
body
{
font-family: Segoe UI, Trebuchet MS, Candara, Verdana;
font-size: 15px;
}
pre
{
font-family: Consolas, Century Schoolbook Mono BT, Monaco, Bitstream Vera Sans Mono, Dejavu Sans Mono, Lucida Console;
font-size: 13pt;
}
a
{
font-family: Segoe UI, Trebuchet MS, Candara, Verdana;
font-size: 15px;
}
b
{
font-family: Segoe UI, Trebuchet MS, Candara, Verdana;
font-size: 15px;
}
